OUR STORY
Blount Forklift’s founder, Dennis Blount, has an extensive and passionate background in the forklift industry. This passion began when he was 7 years old, as his dad would have him assist with building projects, exposing him to the knowledge and practice of heavy machinery. He was introduced to the forklift industry in the 6th grade, when his next big project with his father was constructing a building for a local forklift company. The company owner later invited him back to help scrape paint off his forklifts in exchange for $20. As his time progressed in this company, so did his love for the forklift industry.
Dennis Blount’s experience and forklift knowledge grew, and he continued to work with several other forklift companies by providing safety inspections, sales, rentals, repairs, and maintenance. Then in 2007, he opened the doors to his own shop, Blount Forklift. With over 40 years of experience, Dennis has put passion into his business, driven to deliver exceptional repairs and service at reasonable prices.
